"Elite Boot Camp"

Club Sport is proud to offer "Elite Boot Camp"! Do you desire to get in shape or need to stay in shape? Are you ready to go to the next level? Get into the Boot Camp with a group of others from Club Sport just like you. Calisthenics – obstacle courses – resistance training – combat techniques on targets – serious abdominal training. You get the picture. You’ll think you woke up in the Special Forces! The fitness instructors keep things lively by integrating numerous tried and true strength and cardio exercises.

              Elite Boot Camp - Class 1:  6am-7am or Class 2: 7am-8am

 

North Tampa *CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP*: Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings.  ***for men or women***  

              Elite Boot Camp:  6am-7am

We run our "Elite Boot Camp" year-round - it's the best way to get in and stay in shape!

 

Here is a calendar of the proposed start dates for each 5 week session. We recommend that once you start you continue in order to keep in the best shape, but understand everyone's schedule and availability is different.

What happens if I miss a class?

For the St. Pete session makeup classes are available Tuesday at 5:45pm or Saturday at 9am. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

 

How old do I have to be to participate?

You must be 18 to participate in any of our leagues or events.

 

I never worked out before, can I still join?

Yes, this boot camp is a workout for all levels of fitness - from beginners to advanced. The trainers encourage you to work at your own pace but to push hard whenever possible.

Phil Beatty - Elite Training Center - St. Petersburg, FL

 

Phil Beatty is a 3rd degree Black Belt in karate with over 20 years martial arts experience. He has over 25 years experience as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and is currently an international fitness and martial arts continuing education presenter.

 

Luis Ramirez - Elite Training Center- St. Petersburg, FL

Paula Jager - CrossFit Jaguar - Tampa, FL

Paula has been personally and professionally involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Her competitive background includes obstacle course and fitness competitions. At 49 years young she believes fitness fuels your health and mental well being. It keeps you young and ages you gracefully as well as preventing the onset of age related diseases caused by a sedentary lifestyle and poor nutritional habits. Introduced to CrossFit in 2008 it propelled her philosophies to the next level. This integration improves human performance and quality of life for any person whether they are a businessman, busy mom, grandparent or athlete.

Mike Goodrich - CrossFit Jaguar  - Tampa, FL

A native of Boston Mike moved to Tampa after college in 2006.  An All State athlete in high school Mike excelled in both football and baseball.  His love of athletics and sport led him to the fitness field.  With over 5 years in the fitness industry Mike has found his true passion.  The satisfaction derived from seeing people’s lives transformed is what drives Mike both with his clients and within himself.

Melissa Wuorinen - CrossFit Jaguar - Tampa, FL

Melissa, a fitness expert and competitor with over 13 years of experience used challenging, high energy athletic training to help her clients meet and exceed their fitness goals.
