Club Sport is proud to offer "Beach Body Crash Course"! Do you desire to get in shape or need to stay in shape? Need to tone your body for the beach? Are you ready to go to the next level? Get into the Boot Camp with a group of others from Club Sport just like you. Calisthenics – obstacle courses – resistance training – combat techniques on targets – serious abdominal training. You get the picture. You’ll think you woke up in the Special Forces! The fitness instructors keep things lively by integrating numerous tried and true strength and cardio exercises.

We run our "Beach Body Crash Course" year-round - it's the best way to get in and stay in shape!

 

Here is a calendar of the proposed start dates for each 5 week session. We recommend that once you start you continue in order to keep in the best shape, but understand everyone's schedule and availability is different.

Looks like I've missed the start date, is it too late?

No!! Join an ongoing class anytime and we'll prorate the fee to the classes you've missed. Email us for an exact cost if you've missed the start date here!

 

What happens if I miss a class?

Contact your instructor for make ups - they are usually happy to help you out!

 

How old do I have to be to participate?

You must be 18 to participate in any of our leagues or events.

 

I never worked out before, can I still join?

Yes, this boot camp is a workout for all levels of fitness - from beginners to advanced. The trainers encourage you to work at your own pace but to push hard whenever possible.

John Graham is NASM certified personal trainer, and as such, is well educated in all aspects of fitness. John is very goal oriented and believes in continual improvement in whatever your goals may be.
