Saturday, June 5 at Ferg's Sports Bar, St. Pete

 

Club Sport's "Star Spangled" Cornhole Tournament was a huge hit! We had 44 teams square off to see who is the best. For those unaware, cornhole is a game coming from the midwest where players try to sink a corn filled bag though a hole in a board from 30 feet away. The day was hot but the beer was cold in the lot behind Ferg's. We had some great teams out there and out of the 44 teams, 32 advanced to the single elimination playoffs. Some teams didn't fair as well - but all had great times.

 

As the round of 32 progressed, the cream definitely rose to the top. In the final defending champs CCT were unable to defeat newcomers Children of the Corn for the title! Check here for the next one!
