Last Saturday Tampa Bay
Club Sport held its 7th Annual Fall Classic coed softball
tournament. The tournament sold out early at 16 teams (8 Competitive
and 8 recreational) and had near perfect weather. There were a lot of
close games, some upsets and very few injuries! Congratulations go out
to Recreational Champs: No Glove No Love with a minor
upset over Tiny Tap Shockers 10-7! Congratulations also go out to
Competitive Champs: I Fear No Beer with an exciting extra
inning win over TK SIBB 6-5! The after party at Pete & Shorty’s was a
lot of fun, as most teams made an appearance, watched some exciting
college football (go Spartans!) and helped finish off 3 kegs with little
problem. There is talk of a Spring Tournament so keep your eyes peeled!
