Club Sport referee or coordinator?

Club Sport is always looking for good referees, umpires, and coordinators! Get paid being out and running the sport you love!

Skills/Qualifications:

You MUST have solid knowledge of sport you are interested in. Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills is a must.   If applying for a ref/ump, you must have your own referee/umpire equipment and possibly your own training.

Responsibilities may include:

• Ensure a fun, fair environment for all Club Sport players (aka "the customer).

• Kindly and fairly enforce all Club Sport rules and policies.

• Help setup and breakdown field/court if needed.

• Report and attend to any on-field injuries.

• Coordinators are responsible for signing in teams, collecting late fees, and reporting scores to office and should commit to a 8-10 week season.

• Refs/umps that are independent contractors that should offer their services to call fair games, maintain control of games, and establishing friendly rapport with teams.

Pay depends on the league, sport, and qualifications.
