Club Sport Policies

Refunds:
TBCS does not offer refunds for ANY
REASON once the season has begun regardless of games attended, injury,
moving out of the area, etc.

Liability:
Every player must sign a waiver before playing
in any games. Players will play at their own risk and understand that sports
can be dangerous. The league will be free from liability and does not offer
health insurance to injured players.

Team Pricing:
Save money by signing up a complete team. The team price is for a team of
Club Sport members. Add $10 to the team price for every non-member on your
team. If the team price is
paid by company check by the deadline, you will be listed on our sponsor
page and have a link to your company's web site.
If
your team is making a team payment, after the first week members may only
add to the team for no charge by contacting the Club Sport office
prior to game day. Any additions made at the field to rosters with
team payments will be $10 a player, regardless of membership status.

All participants in any Club Sport League
must be at least 18 year of age. Some Club Sport events &
outings may require participants to be at least 21 years of age.

A team e-mail address is mandatory! No Exceptions! TBCS will
communicate with captains solely through e-mail regarding schedules, playoff
times, etc. If you do not have an e-mail address, you must have an assistant
captain's e-mail address listed on the roster. It is the responsibility of
the captain to keep TBCS updated on his/her current e-mail address.

Placement: Space is limited. Sign-up does not guarantee placement.
Payment is due for everyone on the team by the sign-up deadline. Spots
are not confirmed until payment is received.
Your spot on a team will be
forfeited if you do not signup and pay by the signup deadline.
If payment is not received in the office by the beginning of the league, a $10 per person
late fee will be imposed. You may not pay on the first day of games. There
is a $20 charge for all returned checks.

Priority: Priority or
acceptance is first come, first serve, teams signing
up a full team with a correct proportion of men and women, and signing up as
an individual with a participant of the opposite sex (if needed).

Team Make-up: The numbers
cited in the sport description are team minimums. If you want to have less
people than the minimum on your team, your team members can pay for the
extra spots that you do not want filled at the member rate. You MUST alert
the office of your intention to do this by the sign-up deadline. Also, if
you want to have more than the minimum on your team, you must alert the
office by the sign-up deadline.

Scheduling:
Depending on the number of teams and skill levels, TBCS reserves the right
to combine or redistribute divisions as it sees fit. Due to
excessive inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, TBCS
reserves the right to provide a 6 game regular season. Teams may be required
to play rain make up games or playoff games on a day or night other than
their scheduled day or night or a location different than the original
league location. Teams will not be refunded for excessive rainouts, day or
location changes, or delays in the season.

Ejections: Players
ejected from any league may be required to serve a one game suspension
pending league review. Fighting, wrestling, dissent or pushing will not be tolerated
and may result in multi-game suspensions or ejection from the league
altogether. Verbal abuse of officials, fighting, foul language, poor
sportsmanship and
continued rough play could result in player ejections. Club Sport reserves
the right to remove a player from the league for excessive infractions and
also reserves the right to limit or exclude a players participation in any
Club Sport league or event based on any actions in another league or event.
You
can sign up individually, a partial team or an entire team. Simply fill out the registration
form and submit it along with your credit card information. Or print it out and fax it into the office. If paying

MEMBERSHIP
DETAILS: Membership in the club is optional, but does
include a TBCS Member T-shirt, $10 off most leagues you
join, discounts at local merchants, as well as discounted rates on other Club Sport events. You also get
priority placement in leagues ahead of non-members. Club Sport membership is $50
per year, renewal is $35. If you plan on playing at least 4 sports a year, then
becoming a Club Sport member is right for you!
