Teams that do not secure their spot in the league or event with a credit card may not be confirmed for the league or event. If you do not complete this payment page we will contact you regarding your registration status.

A credit card is needed to secure the team in any LEAGUE or EVENT upon registration but is not charged at that time (some leagues, events and tournaments will require a non-refundable deposit to be charged). Single person events will be charged when you register. You may send a check to our address below or use the Team Payer feature to split your fee and have each player pay us directly.  This can be until the payment deadline date. Any payments make with Team Payer that are refunded will be added to the team balance. 

LEAGUES POLICY – All captains will be charged the balance of the team fee automatically at the payment deadline date UNLESS you have made prior arrangements with the league office. Any team that cancels within 3 business days of the league start will be charged a $100 non-refundable penalty ($50 for 1-2 person sports). If a team has paid a team fee and needs FREE AGENTS added, just ask and we'll try to find players for you. Any players added will be charged by Club Sport and your team fee will be credited their payment minus a $10 admin fee. 

NO REFUNDS are made for any reason after the league has begun.

EVENTS/TOURNAMENTS POLICY - A credit card is needed to secure the team in the event upon registration and will be charged a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. You may send a check to our address below or use the Team Payer  feature to split your fee and have each player pay us directly.  This can be until the payment deadline date.  At the payment deadline, your team's remaining balance WILL BE CHARGED to your card unless prior arrangements have been made.  After the payment deadline date there WILL BE NO REFUNDS. Call the office to arrange any other form of payment – we want to work with you!

DIVISION PLACEMENT: Registering for a specific division does not guarantee placement in that division. Club Sport reserves the right to move teams (or combine divisions) based on past results or team makeup. If teams are moved and decide to cancel prior to the start of the league, there will be no penalty.

PLAYOFFS: Club Sport reserves the right to split teams for playoffs based on season results.
